Google API Services User Data Policy
Neotimo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
What data do we access?
When you connect your Google account to Neotimo, we may access the following data with your explicit consent:
- Google Drive: Access to files you explicitly share with Neotimo for invoice storage and retrieval
- Basic profile information: Your email address and name for account identification
How do we use this data?
We use Google API data exclusively for:
- Storing and retrieving your invoices in your Google Drive (if you choose this option)
- Identifying your account within our service
Data sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third party, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Data retention
We retain access tokens only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Security
Neotimo is certified ISO 27001 and HDS (Health Data Hosting) by Bureau Veritas. All data, including data received from Google APIs, is protected according to these security standards.
